 Michael Lämmermann is a seasoned financial executive and strategic advisor with over 30 years of leadership experience in financial management, business strategy, and corporate governance. With a strong foundation in finance, he has successfully guided companies through complex financial transformations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and the implementation of efficient reporting systems. 

 Michael’s career began at Murata Manufacturing Ltd., where he spent five years in various finance positions before joining PUMA SE. Over nearly three decades at PUMA, he held key leadership roles, including Director of Controlling, CFO/COO for North and South America, and ultimately Global CFO. In this capacity, he oversaw Finance, Legal, IT, and Logistics, playing a crucial role in driving the company's financial success and operational efficiency. His expertise in financial control and strategic decision-making contributed to PUMA’s growth as a globally recognized brand. 

 Now serving on the Advisory Board of Genius Inside, Michael brings his extensive financial and operational expertise to support startups and entrepreneurs. Passionate about knowledge-sharing, he helps businesses navigate challenges by leveraging best practices and data-driven decision-making.
